LATE CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY
Students will be able change their scheduled lessons by notifying Jagg Driving School, of the intended change at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the lesson. If a student cancels lesson late or is unable to attend or does not show for the lesson, then the student will forfeit the lesson time and lesson from there lessons package. Remember, there is no charge for lessons canceled in a timely manner.

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, ICBC has a long waiting list for road tests. As such it is advised to book 2-3 months in advance.

Because you will be in close proximity of the instructor while taking lessons and to the evaluator during road tests, it is required to wear masks.Optionally wearing gloves is also recommended.
The instructor and evaluator reserve the right to refuse to serve if masks are not worn.
